摘　　要：目的:研制冠心病稳定型心绞痛.痰瘀互结证自评量表,应用临床调查法多元统计筛选并优化条目,敦实冠心病稳定型心绞痛.痰瘀互结证自评量表数据基础。方法:在前期研究基础上编制《冠心病稳定型心绞痛.痰瘀互结证自评量表预调查表》,现场调查冠心病稳定型心绞痛.痰瘀互结证患者180例,健康者90例,重测34例。通过对调查结果进行离散趋势分析、因子分析、逐步回归分析、判别分析法和克朗巴赫系数法等分析方法筛选条目。结果:将以上各种方法统计分析的结果汇总,保留3种以上方法均选中的条目,删除心悸、气短、口黏、偏嗜4个条目。结论:通过采用多种统计方法,筛选出敏感性、代表性、重要性、一致性、独立性、相关性、稳定性均较好的条目。Objective：Develop the self- evaluation scale of coronary heart disease stable angina the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, applicate the clinical investigation Duo Yuan statistics to select and optimize the items, solid the data base of the cor- onary heart disease stable angina the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods ： Based on the previous studies ,form the self - evaluation scale questionnaire of coronary heart disease stable angina the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, Scene investigation 180 cases of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis ,90 cases of healthy person,34 cases of redetermination. Select the items through the discrete trend analysis, factor analysis, stepwise regression analysis, discriminant analysis and Crowns Bach coefficient method to the survey result. Results ： Summarize the results of the analysis stat＇isfical methods,keep the items which are all selected through three methods above, delete four items of palpitations,shortness of breath, sticky mouth, diet preference. Conclusion：By the various statistical methods, select the better items which are sensibility, representative, importance, consistency, independence, relevance, stability.
