摘 要:针对国内外水平井注水技术还处于探索阶段,国内部分油田未能根据层段内非均质性来考虑进行分段注水的问题,展开了水平井分注工艺技术的研究工作。研发的水平井井下分注工艺管柱主要由套管保护封隔器、水平井扶正器、逐级解封洗井器、水平井注水封隔器、水平井井下分注器以及水平井底阀等组成。吉林油田现场应用表明,水平井井下分注工艺管柱能实现水平井井下有效分段注水,可应用于水平井、斜井、直井分注等工艺中。Domestic and foreign research on horizontal well water injection technology is still at the stage of exploration. Some domestic oilfields have not considered the heterogeneity of intervals in water injection by intervals. The research of horizontal separate injection technology was launched. The horizontal downhole separate injection string developed is mainly comprised of the packer for casing protection, horizontal well centralizer, staged releasing well-flushing device, horizontal water injection packer, horizontal downhole separate injector and horizontal bottomhole valve. The field application in Jilin Oilfield showed that the string could achieve effective horizontal downhole water injection by intervals. It can be applied to the separate injection in horizontal wells, inclined wells and straight wells.
