足三里穴位注射联合中药八珍汤防治化疗所致白细胞减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对比研究地塞米松足三里穴位注射联合中药八珍汤防治肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用地塞米松足三里穴位注射联合应用中药八珍汤口服;对照组予利血生、鲨肝醇口服。两组化疗前、化疗第3和第5天分别检查血常规,记录两组白细胞减少患者数量和程度。结果:治疗组治疗有效率达72.5%,明显好于对照组47.5%,两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松足三里穴位注射结合口服中药八珍汤有助于预防及治疗肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少症。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Zusanli Point（ST 36） Injection and Bazhen Decoction in preventing and treating chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.Methods：80 cases with malignant tumor after chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group（40 cases） was treated with injection of dexamethasone into Zusanli Point（ST 36）,and Bazhen Decoction once a day,The control group with leucogen tablets 40 mg and batiol tablets 100 mg three times a day.A peripheral leukocyte count was examined at 3,5 days after treatment.Results：The efficacy rate was 72.5% in the treatment group,47.5% in the control group,with significant differences（P〈0.05） statistically.Conclusion：Zusanli Point（ST 36） Injection and Bazhen Decoction is effective for prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.
