针刺不同穴位对中重度痛经患者止痛作用时效规律的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较针刺单穴和多穴治疗中度、重度痛经止痛作用的时效规律。方法:中度原发性痛经患者每组各观察57人次,重度原发性痛经患者每组各观察15人次。均留针30min,分别记录针刺前即时、进针5 min、10 min、20 min、30 min及起针后30 min、60 min、120 min的VAS读值。结果:针刺后,各组的止痛作用迅速产生,留针30min内,各组患者的止痛作用均持续加强,针刺止痛作用具有明显的时间效应(各组P<0.01);两组中度疼痛患者、两组重度疼痛患者针刺止痛作用的时效规律具有相同的变化趋势(二者的交互效应P>0.05);针刺单穴组的止痛效应不及多穴组(综合指标均P<0.05)。结论:单刺十七椎、针刺十七椎等多个穴位对中重度原发性痛经患者均有明显的即时止痛作用,且两组中度疼痛患者、两组重度疼痛患者针刺止痛作用的时效规律具有相同的变化趋势,但针刺多个穴位组的即时止痛作用在多个时点明显优于针刺十七椎单穴组。Objective：To compare the time-effect rule of pain-relieving effect in the treatment of moderate and severe dysmenorrhea between acupuncture of single point and acupuncture of multipoin.Methods：Observe 57 cases moderate dysmenorrhea patients and 15 cases of severe dysmenorrhea patients.Both groups remain the needles for 30min;record respectively the VAS on the point of before acupuncture,needle remaining for 5min,10min,20min,30min,and 30min,60min,120min after needle withdrawal.Results：The pain-relieving effect of both groups emerged rapidly after acupuncture,and the effect continued strengthen in the needle-remaining period,Acupuncture analgesic effect has obvious time effect（P〈0.01）;With the same trend of Time-Effect Rule of Pain-Relieving in The Treatment of Moderate and severe Dysmenorrhea between Acupuncture of the two group.（the interactive effectP〉0.05）;The analgesic effect of single point than more than one point is good.（comprehensive indexes P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is obvious immediate pain-relieving effect in the treatment of the two group by both acupuncture in 17 vertebra point and acupuncture in multipoint,and the acupuncture effect of both groups have the same variation trend of time-effect rule,but the immediate pain-relieving effect of the multipoint group is obviously better than that of single point group at many time point.
