摘　　要：收集近10年针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床报道,对文献中的疗效评定方法进行汇总分析。针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征尚无国际公认的疗效判定标准,从而直接影响了对疗效的判定和结论的分析。根据目前研究情况,推荐使用多种量表相结合对其疗效进行评价,并期待学者制订出适合全面评价慢性疲劳综合征疗效的特异性量表。Collected nearly 10 years clinical reports for acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in the literature documents,and summarized and analyzed the curative effect of evaluation methods.There is no internationally recognized outcome standards for acupuncture treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,thereby directly affect the outcomes of judgement and the analysis for conclusion.According to the current research situation,recommend using multiple scale combination to evaluate chronic fatigue syndrome efficacy,and expect scholars to worke out the specificity scale for comprehensive evaluation of chronic fatigue syndrome curative effect.
