暖心胶囊对实验性心衰大鼠的血流动力学及血浆BNP的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨暖心胶囊对实验性大鼠心力衰竭的治疗作用。方法:大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、暖心胶囊组(低剂量、高剂量)、地高辛组。除空白对照组外。其余各组均用狭窄腹主动脉方法造模,成功模型灌胃给药,测定血流动力学指标SBP、DBP、LVSP、LVDP、LV+dp/dt、LV-dp/dt和血浆BNP水平。结果:与模型组比较,暖心胶囊高、低剂量组和地高辛组,均能降低SBP(P<0.0 5),降低LVDP,暖心胶囊高剂量组和地高辛组均能提高LVSP,提高+dp/dtmax,暖心胶囊高剂量组能降低LV-dp/dtmax(P<0.05)。暖心胶囊高剂量组、地高辛组均能减低血浆BNP水平(P<0.05)。结论:暖心胶囊能改善实验性心衰大鼠模型的血流动力学的异常和降低血浆BNP水平。Objective：Discuss the therapeutic effect of Nuanxin Capsule on the rats with experimental CHF.Methods：Classify rats randomly into Blank Group,Model Group,Nuanxin Group（low dosage,high dosage） and Digoxin Group.Models are made in groups other than the Blank Group by narrowing the abdominal aorta.For successful models,conduct intragastric administration and determine the hemodynamic indexes like SBP,DBP,LVSP,LVDP,LV＋dp/dt,LV-dp/dt and hematoplasma BNP level.Results：In comparison with the Model Group,Nuanxin Capsule High-dosage Group,Nuanxin Capsule Low-dosage Group and Digoxin Group all can lower SBP（P〈0.05）and LVDP.Nuanxin Capsule High-dosage Group and Digoxin Group can all raise LVSP and ＋dp/dtmax.Nuanxin Capsule High-dosage group can lower LV-dp/dtmax（P〈0.05）.Nuanxin Capsule High-dosage Group and Digoxin Group can all lower the hematoplasma BNP level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nuanxin Capsule can improve the hemodynamic dysfunction and lower the hematoplasma BNP level of rats’ experimental CHF.
