摘  要:[目的]建立橙汁中3种农药的残留分析方法。[方法]采用石油醚和丙酮混合溶剂提取,盐析后浓缩,弗罗里硅土柱净化,气相色谱检测。[结果]在此条件下,不同添加水平的高效氯氰菊酯、哒螨酮、腐霉利的平均回收率分别为85.8%~106.2%、92.6%~102.4%和97.2%~99.4%,相对标准偏差分别为5.10%~7.65%、2.70%~9.22%和2.13%~5.44%。[结论]方法具有简便、快速、灵敏的特点,适合于橙汁中3种农药残留的测定。A method was established for determining three pesticides in orange juice.[Methods]Samples were extracted with a mixture of petroleum ether and acetone,concentrated after salting out,purified with a florisil column,and determined by GC.[Results]Under this condition,the average recoveries in different addition levels of beta-cypermethrin,pyridaben and procymidone were 85.8-106.2%,92.6-102.4% and 97.2-99.4%,respectively,the relative standard deviations were 5.10-7.65%,2.70-9.22% and 2.13-5.44%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method was simple,rapid and sensitive.It was applicable to the determination of the three pesticides residues in orange juice.
