摘 要:[方法]筛选具有除草活性的植物材料是开发植物源除草剂的基础。采用平皿法,以反枝苋、黄瓜、生菜和稗草为供试植物,测定了8种植物乙醇提取物的除草活性,并对除草活性最好的荆条花乙醇提取物进行初步研究。[结果]质量浓度为10 g/L时,荆条花乙醇提取物对反枝苋、黄瓜、生菜和稗草幼苗幼根的抑制率分别为94.76%、34.56%、84.17%和94.50%。对幼茎的抑制率分别为85.21%、6.44%、80.70%和46.60%。荆条花石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取物在质量浓度为10 g/L时,对反枝苋、生菜和稗草幼苗幼根生长的抑制率均大于70%;对反枝苋幼苗幼茎生长的抑制率都为100%。[结论]荆条花具有潜在的除草活性,值得进一步研究。[Methods]Screening herbicidal activity plants are foundation of botanical herbicides exploitation.The herbicidal activities of ethanol extracts from 8 kinds of plants were determined using the plants of Amaranthus retroflexus,Cucumis sativus,Lactuca sativa and Echinochloa crusgalli with Petri dish test.Preliminary study on herbicidal activities of ethanol extracts of Vitex negundo var.heterophylla,flower which had the best inhibition effect,was tested.[Results]At the concentration of 10 g/L,the root growth inhibitory rate of ethanol extract of V.negundo var.heterophylla flower against A.retroflexus,C.sativus,L.sativa and E.crusgalli were 94.76,34.56,84.17 and 94.50% respectively;the stem growth inhibition rate against above 4 target plants were 85.21,6.44,80.70 and 46.60% respectively.The inhibition rate to root growth of A.retroflexus,L.sativa and E.crusgalli were more than 70% and the inhibition rate to stem growth of A.retroflexus were 100% with the extracts of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate from ethanol extracts of V.negundo var.heterophylla at the concentration of 10 g/L.[Conclusions]It is worth to further study because of its potential herbicidal activity of V.negundo var.heterophylla flower.
