摘　　要：本文从矿业周期、资源战略及矿业企业三个方面,分析了美国矿业的发展情况。在此基础上,结合当前中国矿业发展现状,探讨中国矿业发展的未来趋势,提出促进矿业发展的一些建议和对策。This paper analyzes the development of American mining industry from three aspects： mining cycle,resource strategy and mining companies.In combine with current situation of mining industry in China,this paper makes a discussion on the development trend of mining industry and puts forward some suggestions for the development of mining industry in China.
