中国石油境外开发前景指标体系的构建及评价

摘　　要：本文运用层次分析法系统全面地构建了石油境外开发前景的评价指标体系,评估了中国石油在境外六大地区的开发前景。结果表明:中东、中亚-俄罗斯、南美三大区域开发前景好,可以作为重点开发地区;次要开发地区为非洲地区和亚太地区;北美地区开发前景差,可以作为开展有限开发活动的地区。Based on AHP comprehensive system,this article builds the index System of China＇s overseas petroleum exploitation,and evaluates the development prospects in six outside areas.The results showed that the Middle East,Central Asia-Russia,and South America region have the best development prospects,and can be used as key development areas.The secondary development areas are African region and the Asia-Pacific.North America region is at the bottom of the rankings,limited as to carry out development activities in areas.
