神华集团运输板块节能目标研究

摘　　要：神华集团的运输板块业务主要包括铁路和港口两部分,运输板块耗能结构主要由一次能源———石油、天然气、煤,以及二次能源———电构成。根据国家节能减排的相关政策、铁道部及交通运输部的相关规划和措施,基于基准情景、低参考情景和高参考情景,研究了神华集团运输板块2015年与2020年两个时间点的节能目标。Transportation plate of Shenhua group is divided into railway transportation and harbor transportation and the energy consumption is made up of primary engergy including petroleum,nature gas and coal and secondary energy including electrical energy.According to the national policies,plannings and measures involved energy saving and emission reduction,based on the analyses of baseline scenario,the low referance scenario and the high reference scenario,the transportation plate energy saving goals of Shenhua group on 2015 and 2020 are studied.
