摘　　要：为了提高期刊的学术水平,应该向知名专家约取特约稿。介绍约稿的准备工作和邮件、电话、参加会议、直接拜访和专家约稿等几种约稿方法,分析约稿过程中存在的主要问题及其解决办法,总结出一些约稿经验。In order to raise the scientific journals＇ academic standards, we should solicit manuscripts from famous experts. The authors of this paper introduce the preparatory work and some methods for soliciting, including sending emails, making phone calls, participating conferences and visiting experts. Main problems in the course of inviting manuscripts are analyzed, and their solutions are given.
