摘 要:通过水培试验,探讨了Fe2+、Ce3+、La3+和SeO42-对白菜吸收铬、铁(Cr、Fe)的影响,结果表明,当营养液中Fe2+的浓度从2.0mg/L提高到4.0mg/L条件时,白菜根Fe的含量会显著增加(p≤0.05),而白菜Cr的含量会明显下降(p≤0.05);而Ce3+、La3+和SeO42-在一定程度上有抑制白菜对六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]的吸收作用,在此基础上如果适当提高营养液Fe2+的浓度则会进一步降低白菜Cr的含量,但白菜根Fe的含量则会进一步提高。当营养液Ce3+、La3+和SeO42-浓度分别从0.5、0.5、0.2mg/L水平提高到1.0、1.0、0.4mg/L水平时,白菜Cr的含量会增加,而白菜根Fe的含量则呈现出下降趋势(La3+例外),降低了Fe与Ce、La、Se等稀有元素配合施用以抑制白菜Cr污染毒害的效果。Water culture experiments were undertaken to explore the effect of Fe2+, Ce3+, La3+ and SeO42- ions on the absorption Cr and ferrochrome of Chinese cabbage. When Fe2+ concentration was increased from 2.0 mg/L to 4.0 mg/L, the Fe2+ content in the root would be increase significantly (p≤0.05 ) and the chromium content would be decreased dramatically (p ≤ 0.05). Ce3+, La3+ and SeO42-to some extent would inhibit the the Cr( Ⅵ )absorption. An appropriate increase of the concentration of Fe2+ in nutrient solution would further reduce the chromium content in Chinese cabbage, but the iron content of cabbage root would be further improved. When the nutrient solution Ce3+, La3+ and SeO42-concentration was increased from 0.5, 0.5, 0.2 mg/L to 1.0, 1.0, 0.4 mg/L respectively, the cabbage chromium content would be increased while the cabbage root iron content would be in a downward trend (except for La3+), and a reduction of the chromium pollution control benefited from Fe and Ce, La, Se and other rare elements application would be observed.
