摘  要:利用透射电镜观察不同浓度水平的Cd2+对姬松茸菌丝体细胞壁、线粒体以及淀粉粒形态结构的影响。结果表明:Cd2+浓度在0-7mg/L范围内,姬松茸菌丝体细胞壁有轻微损伤,细胞内液泡变大,内含物减少,线粒体数量明显增加,而淀粉粒无明显变化;随着Cd2+浓度的升高,出现细胞壁、膜断裂;线粒体减少,嵴和膜模糊或消失;淀粉粒边缘糊化。当Cd2+浓度>42mg/L时,细胞完全自溶。The effects ofCd2+ with different concentrations on the structure of cell wall, mitochondrion and starch granule were studied by transmission electron microscope in the paper. The resuhs showed that there were some mild changes of cell nltrastructure including light damage cell wall, aggrandizement of vacuole, reduction of inclusion, increase of the number of mitochondrion when Cd2+ content of culture medium was lower than 7 mg/L. The damages of cell uhrastructure became worse, including the breakage of cell wall and membrane, reduction of mhochondrion, mistiness or crista, membrane and starch grain brims when Cd2+ content was higher than 7 mg/L. Cells were completely autolyzed when Cd〉 content was higher than 42 mg/L.
