摘　　要：目的探讨左侧迷走神经低强度刺激(LL-LVS)对心房颤动(简称房颤)的影响。方法 10只犬以戊巴比妥钠麻醉,6只用50%阈值(TH)行LL-LVS。TH的定义:引起窦性心律或者房室传导减慢的最低电压值。4只不给予LL-LVS作为对照。在心房、心耳及肺静脉处放置多极电极导管,在基础起搏条件下,依次在各部位心肌不应期内发放40ms的高频刺激(200 Hz,0.1 ms脉宽)并测定诱发房颤所需最低电压(房颤阈值)。试验3 h,每1 h测定1次。结果给予6只犬3 h的LL-LVS,心房及肺静脉各部位房颤阈值显著增加(P均<0.05),对照组房颤阈值无变化。结论 LL-LVS可明显抑制房颤的诱发性。Objective To determine the effects of low level left vagal stimulation（LL-LVS） on atrial fibrillation （AF） inducibility. Methods In 6 pentobarbital anesthetized dogs,LL-LVS（20 Hz, 0.1 ms pulse width） was delivered to the left vagal trunk via wire electrodes at voltages 50% below that which slowed the sinus rate or atrio-ventricular conduction. Other 4 dogs without LL-LVS were used as control. Catheters were sutured at multiple atrial and pulmonary vein （PV） sites. LL-LVS applied for 3 hours. At the end of each hour, 40 ms of high-frequency stimulation （ HFS; 200 Hz, 0. 01 ms pulse width） was delivered 2 ms after atrial pacing （during the refractory period） to determine the AF threshold （AF-TH） at each site. Results Three hours of LL-LVS induced a progressive increase in AF-TH at all sites （ all P 〈 0. 05）, and there were no changes of AF-TH in the control group. Condusions LL-LVS can suppress AF inducibility.
