摘　　要：三维(3D)超声成像是医学超声工程领域的一个研究热点,目前市场上已有专用的三维超声成像产品。本文从成像仪器最主要的技术指标即成像的帧率和分辨率角度,综述了当前三维超声成像存在的问题以及当前的研究现状,并对基于有限衍射波的高帧率(HFR)成像模式进行了介绍。Three-dimensional（3D） ultrasonic imaging is a focus in the medical ultrasound engineering,and the special product has appeared in the market.In this paper,the 3D ultrasonic imaging is reviewed from the point of frame rate and resolution which are important in the imaging system.This review includes the current problems and the researches in the imaging systems,and a high frame rate（HFR） imaging model which is based on the limited diffraction beams is also introduced.
