摘　　要：提出一种适合于城市信息系统开发的面向数据的概念模型的建立思想，即以数据分析为中心，按照人们通常的思维方式建立功能模型、对象模型和行为模型三种问题模型，在模型中引入抽象机制，并对模型进行扩展以支持城市空间数据的表达．An approach to data oriented conceptual model suitable for urban information system is presented, that is, put data analysis as the centre, add abstract concepts into the models to design function model, object model and behavior model according to the ordinary mode of thinking and expand the models for supporting expression of urban spatial data.
