中药单方乙醇提取液抗乙肝病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药单方乙醇提取液在2215细胞的体外培养中，对细胞的毒性和对分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的抑制作用。方法通过药物对2215细胞进行毒性实验，在最佳药物浓度下，测定HBsAg和HBeAg水平。结果根据半数有毒浓度（TC50）；最大无毒浓度（TC0）；抗原抑制百分率；治疗指数（SI）来判断出毒性较低但是对抑制乙肝病毒有效的药物。结论根据实验结果推断出毒性较低但是对抑制乙肝病毒有效的药物如秦艽．地骨皮等。Objective To observe the inhibitive effect of alcoholic extracts of Chinese Medicine on HBsAg and HBeAg of Secretion in Cultured Cell Line 2215.Methods （1） The eytotoxieity tests were carried out on 2215 cell under the serum with alcoholic extracts of Chinese Medicine . under the best density of serum with alcoholic extracts of Chinese Medicine, to survey levels of Hepatitis B surface antigen and Hepatitis B e antigen .Results According to the TCSO, TCO, the percentage of inhibitive effect ,and SI criterion the inhibitive effect of alcoholic extracts of Chinese Medicine on HBsAg and HBeAg with low poison .Conclusions According to the consequence of this experiment,we can ratiocinate alcoholic extracts of Chinese Medicine which have inhibitive effect on HBV with low poison,such as Largeleaf Gentian Root, Chinese Woffberry Root-bark and so on.
