摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸科住院病人外出行院内检查的安全管理措施。方法护士将在转运及检查过程中可能出现的危险因素提前进行预见性评估，并做好充分准备，包括转运前对病情的评估、急救仪器、物品及药品的准备，途中、检查中的病情监测，检查后的交接班等。结果呼吸科住院病人外出检查采取相应的安全管理措施后，提高了外出检查是的安全性。结论通过预见性的评估，准备并采取相应的安全管理措施，护送过程中客观观察病情变化，可以提高呼吸科住院病人外出检查时的安全性。Objective line of hospital respiratory patients to check out the safety management measures. Method nurses in transit and examination process may appear predictable in advance assessment of risk factors, and fully prepared, including the transfer of the disease before the assessment, first aid equipment, supplies and drugs to prepare the way, check in condition monitoring, inspection, etc. after the shift change. Results respiratory out-patient examination to take appropriate safety measures, the increased security checks are going out. Conclusion predictive evaluation, preparation and take appropriate safety measures, the process of objective observation escort condition changes, can improve the respiratory out- patient examination of security.
