摘　　要：本文通过对165例全肺切除手术护理配合的总结,提高手术室护士的业务水平,以保证手术的顺利开展。手术护士应做到：①以病人为中心,实施整体护理;②认真做好术前的各项护理准备工作;③熟练掌握手术的配合,密切观察患者的情况;④树立无菌技术操作和无瘤操作观念;⑤加强全肺切除病人的静脉输液的管理;⑥注意胸腔闭式引流的护理。We summarize our nursing care experience of 165 patients after whole lung resection in order to improve the quality and nursing level of operating room nurses.As operating room nurses,we should do as follows：①give overall nursing care to patients.②prepare everything before operation.③know assistant work during operation very well,and keep an eye on patient＇s condition.④keep in mind of aseptic operations and operations preventing tumor from planting all the time.⑤enhance the intravenous transfusion care of patients after whole lung resection.⑥pay attention to the care of closed drainage of thoracic cavity.
