摘 要:用高效液相色谱建立了一种便捷、可靠、清洁环保的分析烟用香精及料液中的主要保润剂的方法。样品用超纯水溶解提取,在Varian Metacarb 67C色谱柱上以超纯水作为流动相等梯度洗脱对山梨醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇进行色谱分离。山梨醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的检测限(S/N=3)和定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.30μg/mL^0.57μg/mL和1.01μg/mL^1.89μg/mL。日内精密度和日间精密度分别为0.31%~0.63%和0.28%~0.56%。高中低三个浓度水平的加标回收率在99.8%~102.1%之间。方法成功的应用于不同烟用香精和料液样品的分析检测。A rapid,reliable,environmentally friendly analytical method of primary humectants in tobacco flavourings and casings was established by high performance liquid chromatography.Samples were dissolved and extracted with pure water.The sorbiol,1,2-propanediol and glycerol was separated by isogradient elution with pure water on a Varian Metacarb 67C column.The limits of detection(S/N = 3) and quantitaion(S/N=10) of sorbiol,1,2-propanediol and glycerol were 0.30 μg/mL,0.49 μg/mL,0.57 μg/mL and 1.01 μg/mL,1.62 μg/mL and 1.89 μg/mL,respectively.The ranges of precision of intra-day and inter-day were 0.31%~0.63% and 0.28%~0.56%,respectively.The recoveries were between 99.8% and 102.1% in high,medium and low spiked levels.The method was successfully applied in the determination of various samples of tobacco flavourings and casings.
