河南省农村留守妇女健康状况和参与体育活动状况研究

摘　　要：农村留守妇女是我国农村社会发展中容易被忽视的弱势群体,增进留守妇女的健康对我国社会的发展和稳定有着重要的意义。本研究以河南七个地区400个农村留守妇女为调查对象,全面了解她们的健康状况和参与体育活动情况。研究发现影响留守妇女不参加体育活动的主要原因是缺乏锻炼氛围,缺乏体育设施,经济负担重,洗澡不方便等。建议加强农村精神文明建设,进一步增强健康意识,培养文明的生活方式,营造良好的健身氛围,不断增加留守妇女的体育人口,全面提高身体素质。The women left in the rural areas are the minority group which are easily neglected in the social development in the rural area, so developing the health of women left in the rural areas is of significance to China＇ s social development and stability. This survey targets at 400 rural women in seven areas in Henan province in order to have a comprehensive understanding of their health situation and participation in sports activities. The research finds that the main reasons for women left in rural areas not to participate in sports activities are lack of exercise atmosphere, lack of physical facilities, increasing economic burden and inconvenient bathing, etc. So the paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, further strengthen the health consciousness, cultivate civilized way of life, and build a good fitness atmosphere, increase sports population of the women left, and to enhance the quality of our nation.
