摘　　要：石英晶片自动分选机是在原有的半自动X射线角分类机的基础上,针对晶体的角度分类问题,采用单片机构成的数据采集器、PLC控制系统和上位计算机系统来实现微弱信号的检测、数据处理和各部分执行机构的全自动化操作,本文主要设计并开发了石英晶片自动分选系统中的PLC控制子系统,包括自动上料程序、自动下料程序和自动分选程序。Based on the X - ray semi - auto sorting machine, quartz crystal wafer auto - sorting machine, applying the data collector of singlechips, PLC control system and the upper computer system, is used for the detection of weak chromatographic signal, data processing and automatic operation of every actuator so as to solve the classification of crystal angles. This paper mainly researches and develops the PLC control sub - system of quartz crystal wafer auto - sorting machine, which includes automatic feeding, automatic baiting and automatic sorting.
