摘　　要：作者从临证所见,多囊卵巢的中医证型多为肾虚血瘀、心神不宁与肝旺血瘀,分别用补肾活血、宁心活血、清肝活血法,并举验案三则。中医治疗本病的关键是要促排卵。With her personal experience in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） in clinic, the author divides the disease into three pattern, kidney deficiency with blood stasis, disturbance of heart spirit, and hyperactivity of the liver with blood stasis, which are most common in clinic. In accordance with the three patterns, therapeutic principles are respectively concentrated on supplementing the kidney and invigorating blood, tranquilizing the heart and calming the mind, and clearing the liver and supplementing the kidney. Each paR ern accompanied with its therapeutic principle is further demonstrated by a successful ease report. In conclusion, it is believed that to promote ovulate is the key point of TCM in treating PCOS.
