葛明胶囊调节血脂作用临床试验

摘　　要：目的:观察葛明胶囊对血脂异常患者的临床功效和安全性。方法:将103例血脂异常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,疗程30天,观察两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的变化。结果:30天后治疗组TC和TG含量明显降低,观察前后及与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),HDL-C无明显改变(P>0.05);总有效率为78.8%,与对照组的33.3%相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。且两组的血常规、大小便常规、血液生化指标及其它临床检查均无异常。结论:葛明胶囊具有降血脂作用,且安全性高。Objective： To observe Geming capsule’s clinical efficacy and safety for patients with dyslipidemia.Methods： 103 cases of patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.After 30 days treatment,observe the changes in total cholesterol（TC）,triglycerides（TG）and high density lipoproteins（HDL-C）of each group.Results： After 30 days the serum level of TC and TG in the treatment group was significantly reduced.It showed very significant difference between pre-and post-treatment,and compared with those in control group,the difference was also significant（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）,while HLD-C（P〉0.05）were changeless.The treatment group and control group had total efficiency 78.8% and 33.3% respectively.And the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.The examinations of blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,blood chemistries and other clinical examinations are no exception between each group.Conclusion： GeMing Capsule can reduce the blood lipid remarkably and has good security.
