黄芪有效部位干预化疗贫血小鼠模型的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:考察黄芪有效部位干预化疗贫血的效应。方法:环磷酰胺法建立化疗性贫血模型,观察小鼠一般状态,检测小鼠外周血红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞,计算胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结果:黄芪有效部位不同程度地提升化疗贫血小鼠的外周血细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结论:黄芪有效部位具有"补血"之效,其中黄芪多糖、黄芪皂苷"补血"的作用显著。推测黄芪多糖、黄芪皂苷是黄芪拮抗化疗性贫血的有效部位。Objective：To sduty the effect of effective parts of astragalus intervening in chemotherapy anemia.Methods：Chemotherapy anemia model were induced by cyclophosphamide（CTX）.To observe general condition of mice,test red blood cell count,hemoglobin content and white blood cell count,calculate thymus and spleen index.Results：Red blood cells,hemoglobin and white blood cells,thymus index and spleen index showed different enhancement in groups of effective parts of Astragalus membranceus.Conclusion：The effective parts of Astragalus membranceus can enrich the blood,especially Astragalus polysaccharides and Astragaloside.Astragalus polysaccharides and Astragaloside are the effective parts of Astragalus membranceus on enriching the blood.
