《傅青主女科》治疗痛经方剂配伍规律分析

摘　　要：文章以《傅青主女科》治疗痛经5首方剂为研究对象,分析得出傅青主治疗痛经方剂的配伍规律是养血治本,疏散治标;以补助通,重补轻行;调肝止痛,适体和性。对方剂配伍规律的研究有利于深入理解医家学术思想和指导临床合理辨证用药。This research studied the prescriptions in treating dysmenorrhea which were documented in FU Qing-zhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology, and concluded the regularity of compatibility. The conclusion that nourishing blood for effecting a permanent cure, eliminating pathogen for taking temporary solution; Strengthening could help eliminate pathogen ; Regulating the liver was beneficial to relieve pain. The research was well to comprehend the thought of FU Qing-zhu and guide to prescribed in clinic.
