摘　　要：麻黄汤是辛温解表的代表方剂,结合临床应用体会,发现雷诺氏症、干燥性湿疹、美尼尔氏综合征等疾病凡病机属风寒外袭而营卫郁闭者可用之散风寒而行营卫,表邪不解而水气内停者可用之通阳气以利水湿,津液不布而肌表失润者可用之开腠理而致津液,谨慎用之往往能取得良好疗效。Mahuang decoction is the representative prescription which could disperse and relieve exterior syndrome by using herbs with pungent flavor and warm nature. Combined with clinical experience, it is found that if the pathogenesis of raynaud＇s syndrome, xerotic eczema, menieres disease and so on is exogenous wind-cold pathogen resulting in the stagnation of ying-wei, mahuang decoction could play the role in dispelling wind-cold pathogen and relieving the stagnation of ying-wei. If the pathogenesis of these diseases is the failure of dispelling exogenous pathogen and the retention of water and qi, mahuang decoction could serve as facilitating the coursing of yang-qi leading to prompt the excretion of the dampness and water. If the pathogenesis of these diseases is the failure of dispersing the body fluid resulting in the body surface losing moist, mahuang decoction could play the role in relieving the blockage of muscular interstices and prompting the motion of body fluid. It has always good curative effect by carefully using mahuang decoction.
