摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析中心感染控制方法,预防医院感染。方法通过对血液透析中心结构布局合理设置,成立临床感染控制小组,定期组织感染知识培训,严格执行消毒隔离制度,严格执行无菌技术及操作流程,加强一次性医疗物品管理等相关措施,控制医院感染的发生。结果通过有效的管理与控制,医院血液透析中心自成立以来共透析约5万例次,未发生一例医源性感染。结论加强血液透析中心医院感染的管理与控制,是预防血液透析中心医院感染的关键。OBJECTIVE To explore the method of the hospital control in hemodialysis center,to prevent the hospital infection.METHODS Rational architectural composition of hemodialysis center,and rational of flow-sheet were carried out.Establishing infection control group of clinic,training hospital infection,executing the disinfection and detention system,aseptic technique and operation flow,strengthening management of disposable item and other relevant measures were adopted to control the hospital infections in hemodialysis center.RESULTS No nosocomial infection occurred in hemodialysis center since the establishment of hemodialysis center,and by operative management and organization,the nosocomial infection was effectively pevented.CONCLUSION Enhancing the manipulation and controlling for nosocomial infection is the key point of preventing hospital infection in hemodialysis center.
