摘  要:目的了解医院铜绿假单胞菌的耐药变化,作为抗菌药物合理使用和有效控制的参考依据。方法从不同临床标本中分离出628株铜绿假单胞菌,并采用琼脂糖稀释法对其耐药性进行回顾性分析,获得不同抗菌药物耐药率。结果在获得的菌株中,痰液中检出率最高,为80.10%;5年内,该菌对12种抗菌药物的耐药率均呈显著性增长,其中仅有亚胺培南耐药率<20.0%。结论亚胺培南是控制该菌的首选药物;临床医师根据耐药变化,合理选择抗菌药物,控制耐药菌株的流行及医院感染。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotic resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and then use the antibacterial agent properly to control the bacteria on the basis of that investigation.METHODS A total of 628 strains of bacteria were isolated from the clinical samples.The drug resistant rates of different antibacterial agent were acquired via the agar dilution.RESULTS Among the acquired bacteria,most strains isolated from sputamentum(80.10%).With the significantly increasing trend of 12 antimicrobial agents resistance in the 5 years,IMP is the only antibacterial drug whose resistant rates was less than 20.0%.CONCLUSIONS IMP is the priority drug for controlling the Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Under knowing about the variation of drug resistance,clinician can choose the antibiotics properly to manage the prevalence of the bacteria and hospital infection.
