摘  要:针对异形孔翻边工艺造成的缺陷,提出对异形孔采用推挤成形的加工方法,并结合具体产品,利用刚塑性有限元软件DEFORM-3D对含异形孔的5052铝合金建立了有限元模型。主要探讨了推挤成形过程中压料力的影响。模拟结果表明,该压料力应选择线性加载模式。模拟分析为验证性试验和模具的开发提供了依据。Aimed at the defects in forming metal parts with a shaped hole by flanging, the extrusion process used to form the shaped hole was suggested. Combined with specific products, the finite element model of the shaped hole aluminum alloys 5052 was established based on DEFORM-3D, and the influence of blank-holder forces during the extrusion process was discussed. The simulation results show that the liner loading blank-holder force should be choiced. The simulation provides the basis for the corresponding experiments and the development of mold.
