摘　　要：通过对塑件的产品结构分析,介绍了该塑件产品的模具设计要点及滑块运动过程。根据多滑块组合采取斜导柱及油缸相结合的抽芯机构,以达到滑块两次抽芯。实践证明,所设计的模具结构合理,大幅地提高了模具寿命及可靠性。By analysis of the plastic part＇s structure, the point of mold design for the plastic part and slide moving process were introduced. Based on the composition and taking the core-pulling structure combined by incline guide-pin and oil cylinder, slide core-pulling twice was realized. Proved in practice, the mold structure is reasonable, and the lifetime and reliability of mold are improved.
