摘 要:根据塑料弧形罩侧壁上有一个10 mm×14 mm的矩形窗口和内侧左、右有凹腔,内部有纵、横隔板的结构,结合Pro/E 4.0和CAD2006设计了斜导柱侧抽芯机构,实现成型矩形窗口侧型芯的外侧抽芯。从主型芯上分割出成型内侧凹腔的部分作为斜推杆的上部,斜推杆在推出塑件时,由于斜导槽的作用,同时向内侧移动而实现内侧抽芯的注塑模结构。设计的模具整体结构较合理,工艺性较好,提高了模具的设计精度,降低了加工成本。According to the structure of plastic curved hood that have a rectangular window of 10mm × 14mm in the side wall, and cancaves inside are divided by clapboards perpendicular to each other, Integrated with Pro/E 4.0 and CAD2006, the side core-pulling mechanism was designed and the outside core-pulling of the rectangular window was realized. The cancaves inside abstracted from the main mold core were taken as the top of thebars, which moved inside simultaneously to achieve inside core-pulling, the structure of the mould is reasonable and the technology is good, besides, the design accurity is improved and the processing cost is reduced.
