摘 要:利用复合激光诱导荧光技术在定容燃烧弹内定量研究了环境温度、环境密度、氧体积分数等对重型柴油机相似环境条件下着火时刻柴油喷雾结构和浓度场的影响.实验中,环境密度为20~60 kg/m3,氧体积分数为15%~21%.研究发现,重型柴油机相似环境条件下着火时刻柴油喷雾液核区同时存在当量比相对较高的气相喷雾;喷雾充分发展后,液核区、气相喷雾浓混区、气相喷雾低温核区基本重叠;降低氧体积分数着火时刻气相喷雾头部稀混区燃油比例大幅提高;降低环境温度到800 K,着火时刻气相喷雾不存在浓混区,气相喷雾头部大部分燃油处于当量比[0,1].The effects of ambient density, ambient temperature and oxygen concentration on diesel spray structure and concentration at ignition timing were quantitativeIy studied under HD diesel engine-like conditions in a constantvolume bomb by using planar laser induced fluorescence technique. The experimental range of density was 20-60 kg/m3 and the oxygen concentration was 15%-21%. It was found that there was vapor phase spray with a relatively high equivalence ratio in the liquid core zone under HD diesel engine-like conditions at ignition timing. At the full development stage, liquid core, vapor phase dense mixed zone and vapor phase low temperature core overlaped each other in principle. There was no dense mixed zone in vapor phase spray when ambient temperature was reduced to 800 K, and most of the fuel in vapor spray head is at the equivalence ratio of[0, 1].
