论土家族“赶仗”习俗及其当代价值

摘　　要："赶仗"是土家族由来已久的集体围猎活动。它是土家族原始渔猎活动的传承和延续。随着社会历史的发展,它对土家族人民的作用由生产劳作转变成当今休闲娱乐活动。"赶仗"中不仅有精细的分工,更有原始宗教信仰"梅山神"的祭祀活动。对"赶仗"活动的考察不仅有助于了解土家族的民族精神,更能进一步指出习俗在当代社会的重要价值。'Ganzhang' is a kind of collective hunting activity which is considered as the continuation of aboriginal fishing and hunting activities. With rapid social and historical development it has changed from an actual social production in the life of native Tujia people in mountainous areas into a typical type of entertainment. Deliberate arrangement of duties of the team members characterizes the custom of this social activity,and the sacrificial ceremony in honor of the Deity of Mount. Mei also reveals profound cultural information of Tujia nationality. This paper holds that a thorough study of it helps much to understand the spirit of Tujia nationality and expose its contemporary value.
