摘 要:目的运用失效模式及效应分析(FMEA)对门急诊患者输液流程进行改造,以缩短患者等待时间,提高患者满意度和工作效率。方法根据FMEA方法,成立流程改进小组;列出原有输液流程;指出子流程下存在的问题及原因;提出优先解决的问题及流程改进方案;新流程的成效。结果患者的输液等待时间由原来的20~25min缩短至10~15min,患者满意度由过去的88%提高至95%。结论 FMEA作为一种护理质量管理工具,能前瞻性发现流程中存在的漏洞,使护理管理者能"因病施治"充分发挥系统防御,从而有效地提高患者的满意度和工作效率。Objective To solve the problems of improving the intravenous infusion process for the emergency patients using Failure Mode and FMEA,so that the patients'waiting time will be shortened and their degree of satisfaction and the work efficiency will be increased.Methods Establish an expert panel based on FMEA and write out the original infusion process.Try to find out the problems existed and their causes through the sub-process and come up with the solutions to the problems found.Results Intravenous infusion process can be improved.As a result,the waiting time of the patients can be shortened from about 20 mins to about 10 mins and the patients'degree of satisfaction can be increased from 88% to 95%.Conclusion FMEA,a tool for nursing quality management,can be applied to identify the drawbacks and problems of the infusion process in advance.With this prerequisite,the nursing manager can find out and solve the problems found through the infusion process and the quality and safety of nursery work can be guaranteed as a result of the improvement of the nursery work.
