摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外生物基因资源以及人类基因组计划的开展状况,提出了加强我国生物基因资源利用及开展人类基因组研究的必要性,并就如何开展我国生物基因资源和人类基因组的研究提出几点意见。The status on the administration and application of biological gene resources and human genome project were introduced in the article. The author also offered a few proposals for how to strengthen the administration of biological gene resources and development research of human genome project.
