摘　　要：世界数字广播(DRM)系统的信道编码是基于多级编码方案的,可以更好地为数据传输提供不等保护。H.264标准下的视频压缩编码数据流的分类技术满足了DRM传输要求,利用DRM定义的数据传输模式,提出了符合DRM标准要求的视频数据帧格式。同时也研究了视频在短波波段的传输。The channel cording of DRM is based on multilevel cording scheme, and can provide unequal loss protection for data transmission. The classification technology of video compression cording data stream based on H.264 standard can meet the transmission request for DRM. Based on data transmission mode which is defined by DRM, the video data frame format which can meet DRM standard. This paper designed the format of video transmission frame that under DRM standard,via the analysis of video stream which be compressed by H.264. The transmission of video in the band of HF is also researched in this paper.
