摘  要:目的寻找对他克莫司产生菌有影响的抗生素便于进行优良菌种选育。方法他克莫司产生菌弗氏链霉菌类群FCZ0311经自然分离得到浅红色、桃红色和灰白色3种主要类型的菌落。研究了几种不同化学类型抗生素对3种不同类型菌株的生长、菌落形态、培养特征及其它们对他克莫司生物合成的影响。结果应用链霉素处理浅红型和桃红型菌株,获得了效价较出发菌株提高30%的3株突变株。结论链霉素处理能够提高浅红型和桃红型菌株的效价,为他克莫司菌种选育提供了一个新的途径。Objective To use some antibiotics for screening for high production mutant of tacrolimus producer. Methods Three types of colony, in light red, pink and gray color, were naturally isolated from tacrolimus producing strain Streptomyces sp. FCZ0311. The effects of various antibiotics on three different types of colony such as growth, morphology, cultural characteristics were observed and their titers of tacrolimus were determined respectively by HPLC. Results Three mutants were obtained, one light red strain and two pink strains treated with streptomycin respectively. The titers of the mutants were increased by 30% respectively, compared with the parent strain. Conclusion Streptomycin may be used for improving the light red and pink type of strains titer.
