摘 要:目的建立荧光光度法测定实际样品中铜离子的含量。方法基于铜离子对阿莫西林的荧光有显著的熄灭作用,建立了荧光法快速测定铜离子含量的新方法。结果铜离子与阿莫西林发生配合反应,配合物的组成比为1∶2,将该方法用于水样中铜离子的测定,铜离子浓度的线性范围为1.00×10-6~5.00×10-2mol/L,检出限为1.87×10-7mol/L。样品回收率为94.0%~106.5%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确。Objective We established a new method for quantitative determination of Cu^2+. Method CuCu^2+could quench the fluorescence intensity of amoxicillin. Based on this reaction, CuCu^2+ was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results The cooperate reaction between amoxicillin and CuCu^2+ took place, the composition of the complex between CuCu^2+ and amoxicillin was 1:2. The reaction conditions were investigated in detail, The linear range of determination for Cu^2+ was 1.00 ×10^-6-5.00 × 10^-2 mol/L, with detection limit of 1.87×10^-7mol/L. The recovery of Cu^2+ was 94.0%-106.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, rapid and can be used to determination of Cu^2+ in the water.
