摘　　要：以组织学和组织化学方法研究了罗氏海盘车的消化系统.消化道管壁基本由三层组成:粘膜层、粘膜下层和外膜,粘膜层由单层或假复层的社状细胞和粘液细胞组成.贲门胃褶皱顶端的柱状细胞核内DNA含量丰富.粘液细胞分泌酸性或混合性粘多糖.幽门腺为多分校管状腺,腺细胞胞质内RNA含量丰富.幽门腺和直肠盲囊呈现蛋白酶、脂酶和非特性酯酶活性.The digestive system of Asterias rollestoni is studied with histological and histochemical methods. The wall of the digestive tract includs tunica mucosa,tunica submucosa and adventitia. The tunica mucosa consists of simple or pseudostratified epithelium which is made up of columnar cells and mucous cells. The nuclei of the columnar cells in the fold ridges of the cardiac stomach contain abundant DNA. The mucous cells secrete acid or acid and neutral mucopolysaccharides. The pyloric gland is a multi-branched gland . The cytoplasm of the gland cells contains abundant RNA. The pyloric gland and the intestinal caecum show activity of proteinase, lipase and non-specific esterase.
