摘  要:于1995年4月—1996年5月在中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所小麦岛苗种基地,采用梯度试验方法测试在不同褶皱臂尾轮虫饵料密度下2-12日龄真鲷仔鱼的摄食率和摄食强度,通过拟合发育反应和功能反应模型的数据来评价真鲷仔鱼早期阶段的摄食能力。结果表明,从仔鱼开口2日龄至12日龄,摄食强度从0.316μg/h提高到1.374μg/h援食成功率从59%提高到70%。平均援食发生率从0.469μg/h提高到1.751μg/h;食饵操纵时间在仔鱼干重50μg时为1.30h/μg,至干重为100μg时,操纵1μg轮虫仅需0.05h;每次摄食反应的搜寻时间从1.97h/μg降低到0.46h/μg。轮虫密度在500—7000ind/L范围,摄食强度从0.376μg/h提高到1.248μg/h;平均摄食发生率从0.560μg/h提高到1.874μg/h。在500ind/L的轮虫密度下,初次摄食的仔鱼搜寻时间为3.94h/μg,在7000ind/L时,则降至0.8h/μg,随着仔鱼的发育,饵料密度的影响愈来愈小。The feeding ablity of red sea bream (Pagrosomus major) larvas at 2-12 age in days to rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis) was studied from April, 1995 to May, 1996. The larvae were supplied by the Xiaomai island breeding base, Yellow Sea Flsheries Institute. Seven gromp were set with rotifer densities of 500, 1000, 2 000, 3 000, 4 000, 5 000, 7 000ind / L respechvely. Each group included around 20 red sea bream larvae. Feeding rates and feeding intensihes were tested and were used to establish a developmntal and funchonal responses model. The results show tha the feeding intensity level ranged from 0.316μg / h to 1.374μg / h with larvae developing at 2-12 age in days.Capture success rate reached 59% to 70% at 2-12 age in days. The average feeding attack rates increased from 0.469Ug / h to 1.751μg / h, the handing hme decreased from 1.30h/μg to 0.05h/μg,and searehing time of each feeding reachon minuses from 1.97h /μg to 0.46h /μg as red sea bream larvae grew from 50 to 100μg dry weights. Feeding intensihes from 0.376μg / h to 1.248μg/h and average of feecling attack rates increased from 0.560μg/h to 1.874μg / h as 500ind/L of rotifer density heightened to 7 000ind / L. At the 500ind/L level, the searching hme was 3.94h/μg, bu it was only 0.80h /μg at the 7 000ind/L level. As red sea bream larvae grew, the influence of prey concentratin became progressively insignificant.
