摘　　要：目的了解医院感染率和医院感染发生情况,为提高医院感染管理提供依据。方法以专职人员为主,临床医院感染管理小组人员配合,以科室为单位调查2009年11月19日0∶00-24∶00的所有住院患者,按现患率调查要求,统一设计床旁调查表和个案病史调查表,将所有调查患者进行统计、分析。结果应查482例,实际调查473例,实查率98.13%;发生医院感染18例,医院感染现患率3.81%;感染部位以呼吸道为主;感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主。结论应提高医院感染诊断水平,加强抗菌药物合理使用,提高病原菌送检率,以有效地预防与控制医院感染。OBJECTIVE To understand the nosocomial infection rate and the status of the hospital infection,to improve nosocomial infection management.METHODS By efforts of the professional staff of hospital,with cooperation of the clinic personel infection management group,all the patient s in hospital were investigated when sampled from zero hour of the day before investigation to the zero hour of the day of investigation,according to the requirement of nosocomial infection rate to design the questionnaire.The data were analyzed.RESULTS The patients in hospital were 482,In fact we investigated 473 patients,the investigation rate was 98.1%.Of 473 patients,18 cases with hospital infections were found,the incidence rate of hospital infection was 3.81%.Respiratory infection was the most common.CONCLUSIONS To effectively prevent and control NI,it should take some measures,such as enhancing the doctors′ diagnostic level of the NI,reducing the rate of NI misdiagnosis,strengthening the rational antibiotic usage and raising the pathogen detection rate.
