健康体检人群阴道真菌感染的调查与预防措施

摘　　要：目的调查健康体检人群阴道真菌感染现状,并探讨预防措施。方法回顾性调查2008-2009年医院健康体检育龄期女性阴道真菌感染的情况,包括外生殖道症状,真菌和细菌培养结果及病原菌分布。结果 1108例体检女性有387例有阴道炎症状,主要症状有阴道分泌物增多、分泌物异臭、阴部瘙痒、尿频、尿急等;真菌培养258份标本阳性,阳性率66.7%,其中同时培养到真菌和细菌的有35例;检出的真菌最多的是白色假丝酵母菌,占68.5%,其次是热带假丝酵母菌、光滑假丝酵母菌、近平滑假丝酵母菌,分别占12.8%、7.0%、5.5%。结论阴道真菌感染是育龄女性的常见病,加强对育龄女性卫生科普教育,养成良好的生活和卫生习惯,合理使用抗真菌药物,可减少阴道真菌感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate vaginal fungal infection in those person who accepted physical examination,and the preventive measures.METHODS Retrospective methods was performed to investigate vaginal fungal infection of female in child bearing period who accepted physical examination between 2008 and 2009,including symptom of reproductive tract,culture result of fungi and bacterial and pathogen distribution.RESULTS We tested 1108 female physical examination,of which 387 suffered from symptoms of vaginitis,including increased and smelly secretion,feminine itching,urgent or frequent urination;Fungi were found in 258 specimen（66.7%）,and fungi and bacterial both found in 35 specimen;C.albicans was the most common fungi,followed by C.tropicalis,C.glabrata,C.parapsilosis.CONCLUSION Vaginal fungal infection is common disease but easy to prevent and to cure.Some effective methods to decrease vaginal fungal infection may include： strengthening hygiene education,good habits of life and hygiene and intelligent use of antifungal agents.
