摘　　要：目的通过分析比较,探讨不同品牌清洗消毒机所存在的共性和个性差异,实现有针对性的选择和使用清洗消毒机,使清洗消毒工作更加规范。方法对市场上现有不同国别品牌的呼吸机外管路清洗消毒机的性能、综合指标和技术参数进行筛选统计、列表分析比较。结果洁定GETINGE46-4、史蒂瑞STERIS444、樱花SAKU-RA WUS-3100在清洗消毒原理、预设程序及自动清洗过程等共性参数比较中基本相同,在干燥系统和喷射系统等6项个性指标比较中存在差异,可以根据临床不同需求进行有针对性的选择。结论因地制宜的选择适合的机型是确保呼吸机外管路及附件清洗消毒到位的关键因素之一。OBJECTIVE To achieve a targeted select and use of cleaning and disinfection machines,to make disinfection more standardized through analysis and comparison of different brands of cleaning and disinfecting machines similarities and differences.METHODS Filter statistics,analysis and comparison of performance,integrated indicators and technical parameters of different brands pipeline cleaning and disinfection machine on the market were performed.RESULTS GETINGE46-4,STERIS444 and SAKURA WUS-3100 were the same on common parameters such as the cleaning and disinfection principle,default procedures and self-cleaning processes.They were dissimilar on 6 personality indicators such as drying system and injection system.Choice could be targeted based on clinical needs.CONCLUSION To choose suitable machine on the basis of local conditions is one of the key factors to ensure the cleaning and disinfection of ventilator-pipes and accessories in actual place.
