应用全程跟踪卡确保器械交接准确

摘　　要：目的便于器械交接时清点核对,明确责任,加强工作人员责任心,确保器械交接准确无误。方法自行设计制作全程跟踪卡,用于临床科室自有专科器械,伴随回收、清洗、包装、灭菌全过程,每个交接环节的责任人均需清点无误后确认签字。结果应用全程跟踪卡后,科室自有专科器械的交接未出现任何差错与纠纷,效果良好。结论全程跟踪卡的应用大大增强了消毒供应中心工作人员的责任心,提高了工作质量,有效避免了器械交接环节多而易出现的差错,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To decide and enhance the responsibility of workers,avoid the mistakes happening when handing over and taking over the medical apparatus and instrument,and avoid the disputes between the center and clinical departments,the whole range tracking card was designed.METHODS The whole range tracking card was designed for the whole process of cleaning,sterilizing,packaging and reclaiming of the medical apparatus and instruments belonging to some special departments.Each worker was asked to make the signature when he/she finished his/her responsibility.RESULTS Not any mistake and dispute happened when handing over and taking over the medical apparatus and instrument between the Center and clinical departments after the application of the whole range tracking card.CONCLUSION With application of the whole range tracking card,the working quality of the CSSD is enhanced greatly,the responsibility of workers is also reinforced,and the disputes between the center and clinical departments are also avoided.It is worthy of wide use.
