摘  要:目的研究重症监护病房(ICU)鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)的感染分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供试验依据。方法对医院分离的165株ABA进行回顾性分析。结果 ICU感染的ABA占全院的59.4%;ICU内ABA主要感染患者呼吸道,其对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低,为36.7%,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均>90.0%,ICU内ABA的耐药率均明显高于非ICU。结论 ICU医院感染ABA多药耐药性非常严重,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦是治疗ABA最敏感的药物,ABA对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物严重耐药,应引起高度重视。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii(ABA) in intensive care unit(ICU) and provide the experimental evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The data of 165 aba were reviewed retrospectively.RESULTS ABA from ICU accounted for 59.4% of Aba from the whole hospital,mostly isolated from respiratory tract specimen.The antibiotic susceptibility testing indicated that the resistance rate to cefoperazone/sulbactam(36.7%) was the lowest.The resistance rates to the other antibiotics were all above 90.0%.The resistance of ABA from ICU was distinctly higher than that of ABA from non-ICU.CONCLUSION The multi-drug resistance of ABA causing nosocomial infection in ICU is very serious.Cefoperazone-sulbactam is the most active agent against ABA.We should attach importance to the serious resistance of carbopenems antibiotics against ABA.
