低场强永磁型磁共振胆胰管造影的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　评价低场强永磁型MR胆胰管造影的临床应用价值。方法　应用日立AIRIS 0 .3T永磁型磁共振机 ,用FSE序列或FI序列扫描获得重T2 像经 3DMIP处理获得胆胰管重建图像。共进行 1 5例正常人 ,1 5例病例的检查。结果　正常组可显示左右肝管及肝总管、胆总管 ,胆囊等 ,肝管、胆管最大直径小于 1 .0cm。异常组可清楚显示胆胰管梗阻扩张的形态 ,扩张肝管、胆管的直径大于 1 .0cm ,敏感性 1 0 0 % ,定位准确性 93.3% ,综合诊断正确性高。结论　低场强永磁型磁共振MRCP与中高场强的超导型磁共振MRCP同样具有很好的造影效果和同样的临床应用价值。Objective: To make further use in the basic-level hospitals by evaluating the clinical application value of low field permanent magnet type MR cholangiopancreatogrphy(MRCP). Methods :With Hitachi AIRIS 0.3T permanent magnet type imager, we got heavily T 2-Weighted images by 3D MIP projection,using fast-spin-echo(FSE) and FI sequences.15 volunteers and 15 patients were examined. Results: The normal cases showed the right and left hepatic duct and hepatic common duct, biliary commen duct, biliary cyst, et al. , and the maximal diameters of hepatic duct and biliary duct were<1.0cm. The abnormal cases clearly showed the occlusion the expansion of cholangiopancreatic duct, with and the diameters of expanded biliary duct and hepatic duct were greater than 1.0cm, with 100% sensitivity and 93.3% location accuracy . Conclusions: The contrast effect of low field permanent magnet type MRCP is the same with moderate and high field superconducting magnet type and similar in clinical application value.
