摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者行白内障囊外摘出和人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法４２例糖尿病患者术前血糖水平，手术方式，术中、术后并发症的处理情况。结果糖尿病患者只要术前血糖控制在９．００ｍｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１以内，手术效果较为满意，未见严重并发症。结论糖尿病患者只要将血糖相对稳定在一定水平而无全身和眼部严重并发症者，行白内障囊外摘出和人工晶状体植入术较为安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effects of extracapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in patients with diabetic mellitus.Methods The fasting blood sugar concentration,surgical techniques,the management of intra and postoperative complications were observed in 42 patients with diabetes.Results The effects of ECCE and IOL implantation in diabetic patients were satisfactory if the fasting blood sugar level was lower than 9 mmol·L -1 before operation.There was no serious complication in these patients after operation.Conclusions When fasting blood sugar is controlled in certain level and if the patients have no serious complications in general systems and eyes,it is safe and dependable to carry out ECCE and IOL implantation in patients with diabetes.
