摘　　要：目的强脉冲光(IPL)治疗在美容皮肤科的应用越来越普遍,伴随而来各种不良反应逐渐增多。方法观察分析强脉冲光引起的严重或持久的不良反应33例。结果长期或严重的不良反应包括:色素沉着或色素减退、萎缩性或增生性瘢痕、错误脱毛等。结论分析以上严重不良反应的发生原因及提出预防对策。尽管临床考虑皮肤类型、病变种类、操作经验等注意事项,可以减少不良反应的发生,但不能完全避免。Objective The use of intense pulsed light（IPL） technology has become popular in aesthetic dermatology.The increased widespread use of such equipment has been accompanied by a sharp increasing in the number of case reports about side effects.Methods 33 cases of severe or secular side effects caused by IPL were observed and analysed.Results The severe side effects included hypopigmentation,hyperpigmentation,scar formation and error hair removal,et al.Conclusion The reasons of all above severe side effects are analysed and served as the basis for creating preventive strategies.In spite of all of the precautions taken,the risk of complications can be reduced,but could not be completely eliminated.
